Inspired by Tatiana Bilbao's Los Terranos and its distinct pavilions surrounding a central garden, this Ithaca, NY home is designed with three specialized structures, each with a unique function, arranged around a central garden.
Tailored to the lifestyle of two video game producers, the residence features the "Screen House," where every wall and surface is transformed into an interactive screen, offering a vast canvas for digital experiences.

Designed for two video game developer brothers, the Screen House transforms walls, ceilings, and floors into interactive digital surfaces, redefining the boundaries between architecture and virtual experience.
It is also an open, interactive community space, blurring the lines between personal living and public engagement. By integrating immersive digital environments with an open architectural framework, the Screen House transforms into a neighborhood hub, where projection, interactivity, and shared experiences create a constantly evolving space for both its residents and the wider community.
The space becomes an adaptive landscape, where virtual worlds can be overlaid onto physical architecture, offering an evolving, personalized atmosphere.
